Refund Policy

Our payment process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle operates as the merchant of record for all our global subscription sales.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with TradeHaven Pro within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Note: This 14-day window applies only to your first subscription payment, not to subsequent monthly renewals.

2. Cancellations and Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew according to your chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Paddle buyer dashboard.

  • Cancellations prevent future charges from occurring.
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have TradeHaven Pro access until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods unless explicitly required by applicable regional laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request within the eligible 14-day window, please contact our support team. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they ultimately issue the refund back to your original payment method. The process typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement once initiated.
